Hello, and welcome to Staying Awake. Let's start with trying to solve a puzzle. Solving puzzles is a great way to keep your mind awake. Board with puzzles. Try a book! Make sure to eat healthy snacks to boost your energy. Like fruits and nuts? Try talking to someone that's awake as well, start a conversation to keep your mind awake! Keep lights on, maybe it's your phone or room light to ease fatigue. Take deep breaths, to rise oxygen levels in your blood. You can rapidly breeth for afew seconds then take slow breaths. Repeat these steps three times, if you'd like. Don't forget to exercise it will keep your heart rate up and you moving! Try to do two sets of 15, it doesn't matter of the exorcise or what your doing.
