November 25, 2023. November 25, 2023. part 2. I also emailed these bike people to try and get a picture from them. They had sent over a picture of the exact bottom bracket that was on my bike, that I couldn’t find anywhere online The chick said she didn’t have a picture of the kickstand, but would look for it. I ended up calling the bike place again and ordering every part for the bottom bracket. The bottom brackets, the spindle axis, the ball bearings, the screws and the dust caps. Chick was probably tired of me calling, but I needed too get what I felt I needed too get I basically ordered blindly, which means I ordered the parts without seeing all the pictures. I usually never do that, but figured if they’re a legit business, then the parts will be the very exact same as on my bike I also had her order the kickstand and for all this, I paid like 60. I kind of felt ripped off and asked what the refund policy was. Chick says 30 days, but that I’ll have too cover the shipping. I went down into mom’s kitchen at one point and my sister was asking if mom could drive me too Home Depot and how class is about to start. Mom said that it’s not her fault if I’m late to class and I said I never said it was. My sister loves to run her damn mouth. Mom telling me not too rush her, as if I was the one tripping over being late for class. I said that I didn’t even say anything and asked why she’s even listening too my sister. She then says she doesn’t like to be rushed. Yeah, me neither. I get that trait from my mother for real. It’s usually very rude too rush people. We got some investment class that we do like every week. Mom asks me if I want to go too Home Depot now or after class. Of course I said now. I could give less fucks about class bro My money comes first Mom and I ended up leaving around 30 minutes before class. I thought I’d just be late for class, but nah, I actually ended up missing it. Oh well. While at Home Depot, I ended up buying a ⅜ inch router bit that was 1, ¼ inch deep. I needed to cut into wood around 1, ¾ inches for some mortises. The shank is like ½ inch wide. The part that goes into the collet. I would start cutting on the longer face side of the leg for the short mortise. The mortise would be like ½ inch. So for boring a hole into the short or skinny part of the leg, I’d just need to bore a hole down 1, ¼ of an inch and there’s my 1, ¾ inch hole through the skinny side, that goes deep into the long side. A bit tricky too explain. Thing is, ⅜ of an inch cutting diameter, isn’t a half inch. It’s just almost a half inch. So it’s a bit more work. I also ended up buying the Diablo medium metal cutting blade. I meant too get the one that said thick metal, but must’ve been rushing. The one I got was 9 inches and was carbide. This blade was to cut off catalytic converters much quicker. The quicker I cut one off, the less likely of a chance of getting caught in action doing so. I was thinking about doing it in places like apartment areas since it takes longer for people too come outside. And to do it in a blind spot too that isn’t too close too any apartments. After Home Depot, mom drove me over to Giacomo’s pizza. I ended up going in there and getting two Sicilian slices. Spicy chicken with red onions and Buffalo chicken. I also brought some lemonade as well. I ended up getting a straw too. The place also had some iced tea. After that place, mom drives us too the hood to the market fresh supermarket. She went inside while I stayed in the car.
