To prepare for tendering, the BOQ is exported from Avaplan back into Excel. Select the options “with formulas” and “without prices”. The exported file can then be shared with bidders. In the Excel file, bidders fill in their unit prices in the fields marked in yellow. The embedded formulas in the file automatically calculate the BOQ so that the result is available immediately.
