My current home setup is effective, a table in a corner, free from visual and audio distractions and a reliable laptop, which I've used extensively as a real estate virtual assistant. With an internet of 68-70 Megabits per second, I have a stable connection thanks to our proximity to the Telco tower. Although we are renovating our house and soon, would setup a home office, I can work effectively without any distractions and my 7 year old boy is trained enough to respect my work hours. I'm available to start immediately and am comfortable with the pay range for this position. While my typical rate is 7 dollars an hour based on my skills and experience, Im open to negotiations.
