The other available TOOL prepared for the challenge is REACH, a RAG-based Agent which was not used for the Indexer needs but meant to assist another BOSCH User Persona: Maintainers. With REACH, Maintainers get support in finding solutions and perform incremental steps to resolve maintenance issues. REACH offers multiple functionalities: First, a LLM-powered Chatbot: a Maintainer can chat either with the open-sourced MISTRAL or OpenAI ChatGPT LLMs to gain support in troubleshooting and repair processes. REACH can deliver step-by-step diagnostic guidance, optimized for context-driven assistance. For example, here a Maintainer asks support in fixing a Bosch electric scooter. He can query the REACH TOOL resulting a bullet point to-do list. The chatbot is optimized to streamline repair workflows by providing precise assistance, leveraging extensive knowledge from uploaded documents. Second, Internet Search Agent: This agent, powered by open-source LLMs and a search engine, allows users to search the internet. Third, Document Interaction: Users can upload documents and ask questions about them. This feature is secure as the LLM is served on-premises using open-source technology. And finally, users can provide feedback to the agent: If users are not satisfied with the answers, the LLM Agent learns from you and tries to improve each time the answer based on your preferences.
