The MYWAI platform was easily configured to organize every asset based on their location, visible in the homepage. The users can load the hundreds of documents and images provided for the challenge into an underlying repository that manages machinery data and assets. A specific app named MAICOL was developed for the challenge and included in the marketplace area available in the MYWAI platform under the MAMBO icon. MAMBO stands for “Multi-Agent Support for Mechanics by Bosch” and includes other potential chatbots based on the MYWAI platform setup, such as REACH, which can be used by mechanics as a Repair Assistance Chatbot Helper.
