The other available app for the challenge is REACH, a RAG-based tool designed to assist technicians in finding solutions and steps to resolve issues. REACH can deliver step-by-step diagnostic guidance, optimized for context-drive assistance. In this case, we'd like to fix a Bosch electric scooter, resulting a bullet point to-do list. The chatbot is optimized to streamline repair workflows by providing precise assistance, leveraging extensive knowledge from uploaded documents. Second, Internet Search Agent: This agent, powered by open-source LLMs and a search engine, allows users to search the internet. Third, Document Interaction: Users can upload documents and ask questions about them. This feature is secure as the LLM is served on-premise using open-source technology. And finally users can provide a feedback to the agent: If users are not satisfied with the answers, the LLM Agent learns from you and tries to improve each time the answer based on your preferences.
