With precision fermentation, we can produce milk proteins identical to those from cows - without any animal impact. We program microbes like yeast, fungi, or bacteria so they can produce milk proteins. We move then to a precision fermentation tank - similar way we produce beer and wine, but instead have a beer or wine, we have animal free milk protein that can use in dairy products. By eliminating the need of traditional farming, we can dramatically cut greenhouse gas emissions, conserve water, and preserve our ecosystems. Our business model is B2B. We supply animal-free proteins to dairy and food manufacturers to integrate into their products. Which will allow companies to explore a variety of new dairy products.
