Grooming Standards Excellent Personal Appearance enhances the guests’ impression of you and our restaurant. It is important to look your best at all times. Please follow these guidelines: • Clothing must be clean and pressed. • Plain White Crew Neck T-Shirt under your shirt (No prints) • Hair must be clean, well-shaped and groomed in a conservative style. • Women with long hair must pull it back. • Sideburns should not exceed below the middle of the ear. • Hands should be well manicured. This means meticulously clean fingernails that are neither too long nor too short. Polish, if worn, cannot be chipped or peeled, and must be natural colors only. • Makeup, when worn, should be natural looking. No brightly colored eye shadows, lipsticks, etc. • Jewelry should be minimal for both safety reasons and appearance standards. • Perfume/deodorant: Due to close contact with guests and fellow staff members, the use of deodorant or antiperspirant is absolutely required.
