As I take a deep, soothing breath and immerse myself fully in the present moment, I exhale all tension, allowing each breath to guide me deeper into relaxation. With another deep breath, I embark on a journey counting from 10 to 1, envisioning myself descending a staircase with each count, feeling the weightlessness of each step as I sink deeper into relaxation. With this commitment towards unconditionally loving myself, I no longer rely on anyone or anything to fill me up. I am the Source of my own fulfillment. This fulfillment comes from knowing that I am enough. Most importantly, it comes from knowing that I AM a Divine expression of Source, of God, of the Universe, and therefore recognize that I am already everything I could ever wish to be, now. Meaning that you lack nothing. You are perfect. With each breath, I reaffirm my commitment to unconditionally love and accept myself, recognizing that I am a sacred expression of the divine. And I am letting go of the illusion of separation from my innate beauty and perfection. Beauty that is so solid that it doesn’t depend on how I look yet radiates through me naturally. Beauty that I feel the moment I wake up in the morning, even on a bad hair day. No longer do I seek validation or approval from external sources, for I understand that I am the sole supreme authority of my worth. I’m grateful for the knowledge that every person in my life is me pushed out. Everybody in my reality is merely mirroring the reality inside of me; therefore, the only validation I need is the one that I choose to graciously give myself. What another human being thinks or believes about me is no longer my business. I choose to no longer react to any unkind words directed towards me, as I know that any unkindness from a human being is a reflection of their own shadows and insecurities that have nothing to do with me. I am always so aware and present that I can easily spot this in people and hold space for them, send them love, and react appropriately with intelligence, class and wit that always leaves people with nothing but awe and respect for me because I can stand up for myself to anyone. I am no longer a people pleaser because I need nobody’s approval. My unbotheredness and non-reaction from unkindness or insensitivity directed towards me comes from a divine bubble of light that protects me from such energies. This bubble comes from my strong sense of self-love, self-acceptance, and just being okay with not being perfect all the time and knowing that it is safe to be my authentic self without any fear of judgment. This bubble also comes from the grace that I hold for people because I am aware that they are not aware that they are stuck in their false egos, and that who they are is Source, who they are is pure love, and they just don’t know it. But I do. Most importantly, this bubble comes from Source Himself. From God who is always with me, loving, guiding me, and protecting me because I remember now that I am never alone. And I am so grateful for that. I celebrate my imperfections, embracing my unique flaws with humility and grace. I cherish my body as a sacred vessel, honoring its wisdom and resilience with boundless love and gratitude. I move through life with unshakable confidence, rooted in the unwavering belief in my inherent goodness, intelligence, and beauty. I am a beacon of self-assurance, radiating stability and wholeness from within. I move through the world with a firm conviction that I am good enough, I am smart enough, I am beautiful enough, I am lovable, I am worthy and deserving of every good thing I could ever dream of. I cannot help but fully believe in myself. Remember that no one but me can believe in me because everyone is a reflection of me anyway. This is why I choose to consciously believe in myself. This character, this personality, and beautiful body are a divine expression of God and a true blessing. It is because of them that I have a biological costume and an opportunity to dance with reality and play in this magical game of life. Hence, from now on, from the bottom of my heart, I choose to love this character called Goodness, to appreciate her, to honour her, to see her as perfectly as God sees her, to love her as God loves her. I promise to choose myself every single day, to love myself like no other human being will ever love me, to love myself like my life depends on it, because it does. From today, I choose to base my self-confidence on something more solid than just the way I look in any moment, because I am not always going to look perfect and that is absolutely okay. I am okay with having unique flaws. In fact, I pride myself on being perfectly imperfect. I am able to see my body beyond aesthetics, see it as God sees it, and love it unconditionally. This beautiful body has been here for me and with me, giving me the experience of life without asking anything from me. As I say this, I literally feel its love and equally cherish and love it fully and completely as my ally and best friend. I commit to hug it and say “I love and accept you” every single day. I choose to base my self-confidence on knowing that I am a whole, fulfilled, all-loving being who merely forgot. That I am God playing the human amnesia game. But I am now awake to who I really am. That I am innately and divinely beautiful, confident, intelligent, creative, abundant, and worthy. That this Divine energy is in me waiting to be expressed as any version I choose to be. Any character that I want to play this game as and just have fun. Because I remember now that it was always meant to be a temporary yet fun adventure. That I always hold the power to be whoever I choose to be at any moment. Period! This is why I choose to be my ideal Self now, with a fit, sexy, healthy body of my dreams. I AM the Source of Everything that I desire. And I know that my desire to have a gorgeous body is God wanting to experience this through me and AS ME, and I, with the Divine Power of God in me, choose to give myself the experience of having my ideal body NOW! It feels amazing to wake up every day with body confidence, feeling comfortable in my own skin and loving every aspect of my body. I now weigh 65 kilograms, and I maintain this weight with effortless ease, as this is now my set-point weight. This means that my body does everything metabolically possible to maintain this 65kg no matter what I eat. This also means that I can eat whatever I want, whenever I want. I have bought the pearl of great price, meaning that I know that I, and only I am in control of my body. I have fully accepted that my assumptions and the stories that I tell about my body are the ones that have an effect on my body, and nothing else outside of me can affect my body. Hence, I decree that nothing I consume can have any negative effect on my body. Nothing I consume can ever make me sick. I can eat anything I want including sugar, dairy and indulge in anything I want and not gain weight. I have a highly efficient metabolism and a healthy body with a strong immune system. My body grows healthier and stronger every day. It looks younger and greater as I age. Hence, I always look and feel 10 years younger than my actual age. I truly carry within me the fountain of youth and well-being. My metabolism is so efficient that it always burns any extra weight, anything over 65 kilograms, faster than I can even realize that I have gained any weight. My body is a fat burning machine, always giving me the energy I need, when I need it. It’s an immaculate relationship between me, my body, and my brain. Divine intelligence that I can always trust to run smoothly in the background as I live my best life. I love that all this happens with ease. Maintaining my ideal body is effortless. I am such a master at manifesting that any physical changes I desire happen as soon as I claim them.
