You may feel tired and stressed, unable to do the things you used to do and enjoy; have a heavy weight in your chest and are going through hard times, I cannot assure you that this’ll make you feel completely better but I’d still like you to listen. You’re having trouble right? Facing a dilemma always happens its just that how difficult it is differentiates. Work starts getting extremely complicated and hard to deal with all the time. Then you get this impression, a sense that it will never end, it will go on forever. This will recur if you feel that its getting stressful and hard. Still, you must always take care of yourself, be accepting of your flaws because we’ve all got them. Don’t put yourself down just because people tell you you’re ’useless’ or any group of words that count as an insult, because you aren’t and I know that you’re better than them. If you’ve been called that for a reason then apologise because I don’t know whether you were rude to them or not and I am in no position to encourage you to do something obscene. If you have done any of that you, again, mustn’t hate yourself, just know that you did something wrong and judge your past actions to make a decision for the better. Sort out your problems and do them at a pace that suits you best, if you keep belittling yourself: you can give yourself compliments each day even if you think its sad; if you’re finding hobbies or work irritating, ask for help, take a break, eat something; if you’re going through any kind of issue, you can talk to someone who is trustworthy and non-judgemental, but always make sure they will not manipulate, lie or inform others if you only want to tell a select few people and keep it private. Always be yourself. If you don’t know how you can create a new you, it’s never too late to change.
